Owner Bruce Gold is known for, and prides himself on, building top quality for sale homes. He has always treated these homes as if they were his own, ensuring that they are meticulously built with the highest standards, and that their design and finishes are without peer. Bruce takes a hands-on approach to ensure that each project is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. He likes to look at these houses on several levels, including on an aesthetics and functional level. He feels that they need to look amazing, but also provide the features and qualities that high-end homes require. Bruce is especially proud of the for sale homes he has built, and his buyers are also extremely pleased with the final product.
