Bruce Gold, Founder and Owner:

Bruce's passion is not only for construction and creating things, but also in how projects are financed. Before building, Bruce was an investment banker at a large, international French bank, concentrating in the financing and development of large-scale retirement communities throughout the United States. He took his knowledge and skill in financing and applied it to the world of construction, making the process of development and building seamless. His ability and attention to detail has allowed him to work with amazing clients who have built exceptional homes. He is also a skilled carpenter, who sometimes will work on the houses himself, further ensuring that they meet his exacting standards. Bruce graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Finance and then graduated from New York University, Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance.

"Ninth Street Construction originated from my love of renovating my own properties. Before starting NSC, I renovated and sold several real estate properties. Eventually, that passion for construction led me to leave the world of banking and pursue my construction dreams. For almost 15 years, I have been building and renovating homes, assisting clients to achieve their construction dreams. My goal is to make the construction process not only satisfying, but an enjoyable experience. I am a stickler for detail, and am known to sweat the little things as much as the bigger ones."
